Welcome to the website of Grubweb Service (formerly operating as grubwebservice.com). By accessing our website, submitting a project brief inquiry, or engaging our digital marketing and web engineering solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you disagree with any segment of these guidelines, you must cease using this website and our services immediately.

We provide premium custom Next.js development, enterprise-level search engine optimization (SEO), ROI-driven paid media, and brand identity designs.

Inquiries, audits, and discovery roadmaps are bound by the following payment rules:

• All project quotes, estimates, and proposal documents are valid for 30 calendar days.
• Project launches require initial deposit payments as outlined in the service contract.
• Monthly digital retainers are invoiced in advance of the service period.
• Payments are processed securely via wire transfer or major merchant accounts.

Ownership rights for custom layouts, code components, logos, and digital marketing materials are transferred to the client upon full payment of the final invoice.

Grubweb Service retains ownership of its baseline software scripts, standard UI patterns, proprietary methodology libraries, and general database connectors used across client builds.

We build high-performance products and optimize code for search engines, but we do not guarantee constant search positions or specific traffic volume.

Either party may terminate an active service agreement by providing 30 days of written notice unless a different timeline is explicitly specified in your Statement of Work.

Upon termination, the client will be invoiced for all design and coding sprints completed up to the final termination date.
